Use of Service

You may access courses and guided sessions for personal, non-commercial use. Content is licensed to you; ownership remains with Gentle River Meditation or its licensors.

Do not redistribute, publish, or transmit course materials or audio beyond what is explicitly enabled in the product interface. Automated scraping, bulk downloads, or decompilation are prohibited.

Availability may vary by region and network conditions. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Where feasible, we provide notice prior to material interruptions.

Accounts

Keep credentials confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including that of authorized family members where applicable.

Use accurate information and keep it current. We may disable accounts that impersonate others, infringe rights, or violate these terms.

If you suspect unauthorized use, notify support promptly. We may require additional verification to restore access or process sensitive account changes.

Billing

Prices are listed in USD by default; display currency can be changed where offered. Taxes, fees, and exchange rates may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

We may offer trials, discounts, or credits. Unless otherwise stated, trial periods convert to paid subscriptions at the published rate. Promotional terms apply only for the period specified.

Refunds

If a course does not meet expectations, contact support within 14 days for assistance. Where required by law or our policy, we will provide a refund or credit to the original payment method.

Refund eligibility may exclude content that has been substantially consumed or downloaded. Local consumer rights remain unaffected where they offer greater protection.

Acceptable Conduct

Be respectful in interactions, including comments, community rooms, and support requests. Harassment, hate speech, or threats are not tolerated.

Do not attempt to disrupt service, probe systems, share malware, or misuse content. Attempts to gain unauthorized access or to circumvent technical protections are prohibited.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access for violations. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful behavior to authorities.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new services, legal requirements, or security practices. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use before the change takes effect.
